SUPERBIKES

After qualifying the front row of the grid consisted of Gregorio Lavilla (Ducati) on pole, with team mate Leon Haslam second then the two Hondas of Ryuichi Kiyonari and Jonathan Rea.  Haslam led the field away in the first race chased Kiyonari and Rea with Lavilla working his way into 3rd place by lap 6.  Haslam crashed out on lap 8 leaving Kiyonari to take the win from a Lavilla and Karl Harris (Honda) taking 3rd from Rea on the final lap.

Haslam lead the field away again but it was short lived when Kiyonari took over as front runner on lap 3.  Lavilla passed Haslam on lap 5 for 2nd place, and they finished in that order with Shane Byrne (Suzuki) taking 4th place this time.  Lavilla takes a 1 point Championship lead to the finale at Brands Hatch.
